Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 640189 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the retainer clip from the front door energy absorber pad.
  3. Remove the front door energy absorber pad from the front door trim panel.
  4. Clean the front door inner door panel using an oil-free naphtha or alcohol.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 640189 Size: SH
  1. Remove the backing from the front door energy absorber pad.
  2. Install the front door energy absorber pad retainer clip.
  3. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
