Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) trim plates. Refer to the following procedures:

•	Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement

•	Instrument Panel Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side

2. Tilt the steering wheel down.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.2 N·m (19 lb in)
