DEFINITION: Engine continues to run after key is turned OFF, but runs very rough. If engine runs smooth, inspect the ignition switch and adjustment.

Test the Fuel injectors. Refer to Fuel Injector Solenoid Coil Test

Additional Tests:

Test for short between B+ and any of the ignition feed circuit. Refer to Circuit Testing .
