Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the cooling fluid. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Remove the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement.
3. Remove the radiator surge tank engine hose. Refer to LINK.

Preliminary Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Disconnect any electrical connectors.
3. Disconnect the radiator inlet coolant hose.
4. Disconnect the coolant air bleed hose.
5. Remove the engine coolant outlet pipe. Refer to Engine Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement.

Procedure

1. Replace the O-ring seal.
2. After installation, Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
3. After repairs, inspect cooling system for leaks.
