Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement Passenger Side

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 431906 Size: SH
  1. Remove the passenger front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the passenger front seat back assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  3. Remove the head restraint (1) from the seat back cushion (3).

    4. Object Number: 431907 Size: SH
  4. Gently pry the head restraint guides (1) from the seat back cushion (2) using a flat-bladed tool.

    5. Object Number: 1868002 Size: SH
  5. Remove the seat back trim panel, if necessary. Refer to Front Seat Back Trim Replacement .
  6. Cut and remove the hog rings.
  7. Roll the seat back cushion cover (1) upward slowly and evenly.
  8. Remove the seat back cushion pad (2) from the frame (4), if necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1868002 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat back cushion pad (2) to the frame (4), if removed.
  2. Roll the seat back cushion cover (1) down over the seat back cushion (2).
  3. Use hog ring pliers to install new hog rings. Ensure that the seat back cushion cover (1) is secure.
  4. Install seat back trim panel, if removed. Refer to Front Seat Back Trim Replacement .

  5. Install the head restraint guides (2) to the seat back cushion (3).
  6. Install the head restraint (1) to the seat back cushion (3).
  7. Install the passenger front seat back assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  8. Install the passenger front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .

Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement Driver Side

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 431906 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the front seat back assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  3. Remove the head restraint (1) from the seat back cushion (3).

    4. Object Number: 431907 Size: SH
  4. Gently pry the head restraint guides (1) from the seat back cushion (2) using a flat-bladed tool.

    5. Object Number: 1867273 Size: SH
  5. Remove the seat back trim panel, if necessary. Refer to Front Seat Back Trim Replacement .
  6. Cut and remove the hog rings.
  7. Roll the seat back cushion cover (1) upward slowly and evenly.
  8. Remove the seat back cushion pad (2) from the frame (4), if necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1867273 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat back cushion pad (2) to the frame (3), if removed.
  2. Roll the seat back cushion cover (1) down over the seat back cushion (2).
  3. Use hog ring pliers to install new hog rings. Ensure that the seat back cushion cover (1) is secure.
  4. Install seat back trim panel, if removed. Refer to Front Seat Back Trim Replacement .

  5. Install the head restraint guides (2) to the seat back cushion (3).
  6. Install the head restraint (1) to the seat back cushion (3).
  7. Install the front seat back assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  8. Install the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
