Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 847884 Size: SH
  1. Remove the screw (4) and trim cover (3) from the front side door trim panel (1).
  2. Remove the screw (2) that retains the front side door trim panel (1).

  3. Remove the front side door window regulator handle by using a cloth in order to pull off the snap ring, if equipped.

    4. Object Number: 626673 Size: SH
  4. Using a taped flat bladed tool, gently pry the front side door accessory switch mounting plate (1) from the front side door trim (2), if equipped.

    5. Object Number: 626703 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the front side door window and/or lock switch electrical connectors (2, 3), if equipped.
  6. Remove the front side door accessory switch mounting plate (1) from the vehicle, if equipped.

    7. Object Number: 847889 Size: SH
  7. Remove the front side door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  8. Remove the front side door trim from the door by disengaging the 8 plastic retainers.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 847889 Size: SH
  1. Position and install the front side door trim to the door and press the plastic retainers into place. Ensure that the plastic retainers are completely engaged.

    2. Object Number: 626703 Size: SH
  2. Install the front side door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  3. Connect the front side door window and/or lock switch electrical connectors (2, 3), if equipped.
  4. Install the front side door accessory switch mounting plate (1) to the front side door trim, if equipped.

    5. Object Number: 471216 Size: SH
  5. Install the front side door window regulator handle snap ring (1) to the front side door window regulator handle (2), if equipped.
  6. Install the regulator handle (2) to the door, if equipped.

    7. Object Number: 847884 Size: SH
  7. Install the screw (2) that retains the front side door trim panel (1).
  8. Install the trim cover (3) and screw (4) to the front side door trim panel (1).
