Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 622062 Size: SH
  1. Remove the upper instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement .
  2. Remove the lower instrument panel assmebly. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the following components from the instrument panel (2):
    4. • The right I/P outer air outlet
    • The plastic retainers
    • The left I/P outer air outlet
    • The screws
    • The wire harness retainers
    • The instrument panel wiring harness (5)

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 622062 Size: SH
  1. Install the instrument panel wiring harness (5) to the instrument panel  (2). Secure the harness with the following:
    2. • The wire harness retainers
    • The screws
  2. Install the left I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the plastic retainer.
  3. Install the right I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the screw.
  4. Install the lower instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
  5. Install the upper instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement .
