Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2016470 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the fuel tank vent hose (1) from the charcoal canister assembly.

    2. Object Number: 2016471 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the vapor pressure sensor connector (1)
  3. Disconnect the wire harness clamp (2).
  4. Disconnect the purge line hose (3) from the charcoal canister assembly.

    5. Object Number: 2016473 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the charcoal canister filter (3) from the charcoal canister assembly.

    6. Object Number: 2016474 Size: SH
  6. Remove the 3 bolts (1, 2, 3) and charcoal canister assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2016474 Size: SH
  1. Install the 3 bolts (1, 2, 3) and charcoal canister assembly and tighten to 19 N·m (14 lb ft).

    2. Object Number: 2016473 Size: SH
  2. Connect the charcoal canister filter (3) to the charcoal canister assembly.

    3. Object Number: 2016471 Size: SH
  3. Connect the purge line hose (3).
  4. Connect the wire harness clamp (2).
  5. Connect the vapor pressure sensor connector (1).

    6. Object Number: 2016470 Size: SH
  6. Connect the fuel tank vent hose (1) to the charcoal canister.
