POLICY 'T' (TOWING) AND 'A' (REQUIRES AUTHORIZATION)

Subject: POLICY "T" (TOWING) LABOR OPERATIONS

As noted in the February revision of the 1993 Labor Time Guide, (LTG) Policy "T" and Policy "A" codes have been removed. The following applies to all model years.

POLICY "T" (TOWING)

The Warranty Booklet states: Towing is covered to the nearest Pontiac dealership, if the vehicle cannot be driven because of a warranted defect. Towing claims can be submitted under warranty provided the above applies.

POLICY "A" (REQUIRES AUTHORIZATION - AS DESCRIBED IN THE LTG)

Policy "A" labor operations have been reduced to the following five labor operations:

J1800 Engine J1820 Partial Engine J1840 Universal Engine J1880 Engine Assembly K7000 Transmission Assembly
