Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1325638 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 1421116 Size: SH
  3. Release the clamps (2) on the side of the air cleaner assembly.
  4. Remove the air cleaner assembly lid (1) by tilting to release the lid from the lower housing.

    5. Object Number: 1421117 Size: SH
  5. Remove the air cleaner element (2) from the lower housing (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1421117 Size: SH
  1. Install the air cleaner element (2) into the lower housing (1).

    2. Object Number: 1421116 Size: SH
  2. Install the air cleaner assembly lid (1) by first engaging the hinge then lower the cover into the closed position.
  3. Fasten the clamps (2) on the side of the air cleaner assembly.

    4. Object Number: 1325638 Size: SH
  4. Connect the MAF sensor electrical connector.
  5. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .
