Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.

  3. Object Number: 330141  Size: SH
  4. Remove the screws from the front fender liner at the front bumper fascia.
  5. Remove the push-in retainers from the fender liner.

  6. Object Number: 276965  Size: SH
  7. Remove the screws from the fender liner to the fender.
  8. Remove the front fender liner (3) from the fender.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 276965  Size: SH
  1. Position the fender liner (3) to the front fender.
  2. Install the push-in retainers.
  3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the screws from the fender liner to the fender.
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the screws to the front fender liner to the front bumper fascia.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  8. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  9. Lower the vehicle.
