This bulletin serves to revise Chart A-3 (Page 1 of 3) "Engine Cranks Buts Won't Run" on Page 6E3-A-19 in Section 6E3 "Driveability And Emissions" in the 1992 "J" Carline 2.OL (VIN H) Service Manual.

Text was added to the first box of chart to "Use Code 19 Chart" if no RPM while cranking.
