Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1592519 Size: SH
  1. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  2. Remove the right engine mount upper nut.
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.

    4. Object Number: 1592516 Size: SH
  4. Remove the right engine mount lower nut.
  5. Loosen the transmission mount nuts.

    6. Object Number: 1592514 Size: SH
  6. Remove the left engine mount lower nut.

    7. Object Number: 1592519 Size: SH
  7. Remove the right brake hose bracket bolt.
  8. Remove the right brake line clip at the crossmember.
  9. Position an adjustable jack below the oil pan. Place a block of wood between the oil pan and the jack.
  10. Raise the engine using the adjustable jack until the engine mount can be removed.
  11. Remove the right engine mount.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1592519 Size: SH
  1. Install the right engine mount.
  2. Lower the engine using the adjustable jack until the engine is resting on the mount.
  3. Remove the adjustable jack from below the oil pan.

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Install the right brake line clip at the crossmember.
  5. Install the right brake hose bracket bolt.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Install the left engine mount lower nut.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  7. Tighten the transmission mount nuts.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  8. Remove the right engine mount lower nut.

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  9. Lower the vehicle.

    10. Object Number: 1592519 Size: SH
  10. Install the right engine mount upper nut.

    11. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  11. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
