Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2009 🢒 Solstice 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.0L 🢒 Engine Front Cover and Oil Pump Installation

    Object Number: 1825083 Size: SH
  1. Install two new friction washers.
  2. Install the engine front cover with a new gasket.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1769934 Size: SH

    Note: The center bolt (1) should be tightened last.

  3. Install the engine front cover bolts and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
  4. Install the long water pump bolt and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

    5. Object Number: 412154 Size: SH
  5. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner.
  6. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner bolt and tighten to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).
