Test the battery positive voltage circuit of the front or rear electric accessory plug housing for a short to ground or an open. If you repair a short to ground replace the FRT PWR SCKT fuse (front) or RR PWR SCKT fuse (rear). Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Test the ground circuit of the front or rear electric accessory plug housing for an open. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Inspect for poor connections at the harness connector of the front or rear electric accessory plug housing. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Replace the front or rear electric accessory plug housing. Refer to Floor Console Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement (front) in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console or Rear Accessory Panel Replacement (rear) in Interior Trim.
