1. Disconnect the inoperative horn.
2. Connect a test lamp from the horn connector CKT 29 to a good ground.
3. Press the horn switch while observing the test lamp.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

1. Connect a test lamp between the horn connector CKT 29 and the horn ground CKT.
2. Press the horn switch while observing the test lamp.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Repair the high resistance or open in CKT 29.

Did you complete the repair?

1. Test for a poor connection at the horn.
2. If the connections are OK, replace the horn. Refer to Horn Replacement .
