Some Labor Operation numbers published in bulletins or special policy letters have time allowances that may be greater or smaller than the time shown in the Labor Time Guide indicating that the bulletin procedure is different from the normal repair procedure. There are also instances where Labor Operations are released for bulletin or special policy use only and will not appear in the Guide.
