- Install the supercharger gasket.
- Install the supercharger.
- Install the bolts and stud to the supercharger in the proper locations.
- Install the throttle body and seal.
- Install the throttle body bolts and nuts.
- Install the MAP/BARO sensor bracket and bolts.
- Install the MAP and BARO sensors.
- Install the MAP and BARO sensor retaining clips.
- Install the engine wiring harness heat shield.
- Install the engine wiring harness heat shield bolt and nut.
- Install the supercharger bypass valve, hose and nut.
- Install the fuel rail.
- Install the fuel rail nuts.
- Install the supercharger bypass valve harness.
- Install the wiring harness to the fuel rail.
- Install the spark plug wires to the retaining clips and spark plugs.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
Tighten
Tighten the stud/bolts to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).
Tighten
Tighten the throttle body bolts and nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
Tighten
Tighten the MAP/BARO sensor bracket bolts to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).
Tighten
Tighten the engine wiring harness heat shield bolt and nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
Tighten
Tighten the supercharger bypass valve nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
Tighten
Tighten the fuel rail nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
