Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

  2. Object Number: 313080  Size: SH
  3. Remove the front fog lamp nuts from the fog lamp.

  4. Object Number: 624034  Size: SH
  5. Remove the fog lamp from the front bumper fascia.

  6. Object Number: 624039  Size: SH
  7. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fog lamp bulb/socket.

  8. Object Number: 624038  Size: SH
  9. Remove the fog lamp bulb/socket from the fog lamp, turning counterclockwise, if required.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 624038  Size: SH
  1. Install the fog lamp bulb/socket to the fog lamp, turning clockwise, if required.

  2. Object Number: 624039  Size: SH
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the fog lamp bulb/socket.

  4. Object Number: 624034  Size: SH
  5. Install the fog lamp to the front bumper fascia.

  6. Object Number: 313080  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  7. Install the front fog lamp nuts to the fog lamp.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the front fog lamp nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Check and adjust the front fog lamp aim as necessary. Refer to Fog Lamp Aiming .
