Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 318865 Size: SH
  1. Open the fuel filler door.
  2. Remove the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 318866 Size: SH
  3. Drill the rivets from the fuel filler door hinge.
  4. Remove the fuel filler door from the quarter panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 318866 Size: SH
  1. Position the fuel filler door to the quarter panel.
  2. Install the rivets to the fuel filler door hinge.

    3. Object Number: 318865 Size: SH
  3. Install the fuel filler pocket to the quarter panel. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement .
  4. Close the fuel filler door.
