Important: The body side door hinge has the following 4 attaching bolts:
• Two 13 mm bolts • A torx bolt
A cone attached to the back side of the hinge may fall off. This cone
may end up in the bottom of the windshield pillar. This cone is used for assembly
purposes only. Do not remove the cone in order to adjust or remove the door
hinge strap (body side hinge).
• A 10 bolt
Bolt the hinges to the door and the body. The door side hinges have elongated holes. These holes allow for some up/down and in/out adjustment. The elongated holes on the body side hinges allow for some fore/aft adjustment.
