Was the Automatic Door Locks System Check performed?

  1. Disconnect the inoperative door lock connector C2 (actuator motor).
  2. Use a test light in order to connect between the inoperative door lock connector C2 terminals A and B.
  3. Observe the test light and press either door lock switch to the UNLOCK position.

Does the test light illuminate while you press UNLOCK?

  1. Use a test light in order to connect between the inoperative door lock connector C2 terminal A and ground.
  2. Observe the test light and press either of the door lock switches to the UNLOCK position.

Does the test light illuminate when you press UNLOCK?

Replace the inoperative door lock (actuator motor) Refer to Front Side Door Lock Actuator Replacement or Rear Side Door Lock Actuator Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Repair the poor connection or the open in circuit 295.

Repair the poor connection or the open in the following circuits, as needed:

    • Driver's door lock circuit 694
    • Passenger's door lock circuit 294
