1. Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position.
2. Turn the instrument panel (IP) lamp dimmer switch to the OFF position.
3. Using a test light, backprobe between the headlamp switch harness connector terminal L and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Repair the poor connection or and open in circuit 308 between the headlamp switch harness connector terminal L and S212.
