1. Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position.
2. Turn the instrument panel lamp dimmer switch to the HIGH position.
3. Using a test light, backprobe between the inoperable lamp harness connector circuit 8 and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 8 between S203 and the inoperable component.

Using a test light, backprobe the inoperable lamp harness connector between circuit 8 and the ground circuit.

Does the test light illuminate?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

Repair the poor connection or open in the ground circuit between the inoperable component and G200 or G302.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Interior Lights Dimming System Check

Replace the bulb or the inoperable component.
