Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    2. Object Number: 63127 Size: SH
  2. Bend the evaporative emissions (EVAP) vent valve retaining tab.
  3. Remove the valve from the EVAP vent valve bracket.
  4. Disconnect the EVAP vent valve electrical connector.
  5. Loosen the vent hose clamp, and remove the vent hose from the EVAP vent valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 63127 Size: SH
  1. Install the EVAP vent solenoid.
  2. Install the vent hose.
  3. Connect the electrical connector.
  4. Install the EVAP vent solenoid.
