Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 622761 Size: SH
  1. Carefully remove the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.1L.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  3. Disconnect the throttle body outlet hose clamp and the hose (4) from the coolant pipe.
  4. Disconnect the throttle body outlet hose clamp and the hose (4) from the throttle body.
  5. Remove the throttle body outlet hose (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 622761 Size: SH
  1. Install the throttle body outlet hose (4).
  2. Connect the throttle body outlet hose and clamp (4) to the throttle body.
  3. Connect the throttle body outlet hose and clamp (4) to the coolant pipe.
  4. Carefully install the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.1L.
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  6. Inspect for leaks.
