Water on Front Floor (Clean Drain Hose)

This bulletin is being revised to add model years and correct the references to documents in SI in the Correction section. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 03-08-67-005 (Section 08 - Body and Accessories).

Some customers may comment that the "A" pillar, front cowl or the floor is wet.

The condition may be the caused by the sun roof drain hose being plugged with body sealer or debris.

Open the sun roof and check for debris; also check the end of the hose before removal. If the end or the top of the drain is not plugged, refer to Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement-Front , SI Document ID #803861 or Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement-Rear , SI Document ID #803863 .

For vehicles repaired under warranty, use:
