- Press out the input shaft bearing race using the 87 91 204 . Use the 87 92 236 as a base for pressing operation.
- Tap out the axle seal and discard.
- Tap out the differential bearing race using a punch and hammer.
Important: When driving to the differential bearing race, tap equally on the opposite sides of the race to avoid damaging the race bore and seal surface.
