Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 604614 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel I/P trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Disconnect the orange vacuum hose from the recirculation actuator.
  3. Remove the recirculation actuator.
    4. 3.1. Lift the actuator lock tab.
    3.2. Slide off the actuator.

  4. Remove the actuator linkage from the recirculation actuator.

    5. Turn the linkage to remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 477128 Size: SH
  1. Install the actuator linkage to the recirculation actuator.

    2. Turn the linkage to install.

  2. Slide the recirculation actuator onto the mounting bracket until the tab locks.
  3. Connect the orange vacuum hose to the recirculation actuator.
  4. Install the instrument panel I/P trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
