Power Brake Booster Vacuum Check Valve and Hose Replacement 2.2L

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the check valve (1) on the vacuum brake booster.



2. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum pipe at the engine.
3. Remove the vacuum hose.
4. Remove the check valve from the rubber grommet on the vacuum brake booster.

1. Install the check valve into the rubber grommet on the vacuum brake booster.
2. Install the vacuum hose.



3. Connect the vacuum hose (1) to the vacuum pipe at the engine.



4. Connect the vacuum hose to the check valve (1) on the vacuum brake booster.

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the check valve (1) on the vacuum brake booster.



2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the intake manifold (1).



3. Remove the vacuum hose (1).
4. Remove the check valve from the rubber grommet on the vacuum brake booster .

1. Install the check valve into the rubber grommet on the vacuum brake booster.



2. Install the vacuum hose (1).
3. Install the vacuum hose.



4. Connect the vacuum hose from the intake manifold (1).



5. Connect the vacuum hose to the check valve (1) on the vacuum brake booster.
