They are composed of numerous individual components that are pre-assemble and then attached to the vehicle as a single unit. The door frame can be replaced as a complete assembly or various segments of it can be sectioned. There are some key structural areas where sectioning should not take place. Since left and right door frame openings are available as complete assemblies, service parts for sectioning must be cut from the complete assembly and modified as necessary.
