When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

SERVICE VME

Some customers may comment that the drivers side 6-way power seat does not function properly. This condition may be caused by the power seat electrical harness located on the bottom side of the seat, becoming detached at the harness retainer. This can then cause the harness to chaff on the seat track and become damaged over time as the seat is cycled forward and back. To correct this condition, repair the seat harness and tie strap the harness to the silver seat frame rail that is attached to the bottom of the seat, away from the black seat frame rail that is bolted to the floor, so the harness moves with the seat bottom. This will avoid repeat seat harness damage. Thanks for your assistance concerning this issue.
