Did you perform the Instrument Cluster Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Step 2

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Turn ignition ON, with the engine OFF.
3. Observe the Oil Life/TIM Reset switch parameter in the BCM Data List.
4. Press the Oil Life/TIM Reset switch.

Does the Oil Life/TIM Reset switch parameter display On with the switch pressed?

Go to Step 3

Go to Low Tire Pressure Indicator Does Not Reset in Tire Pressure Monitoring

Does the change oil indicator remain illuminated?

Go to Step 4

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Important: Program the replacement IPC.

Replace the IPC. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 5

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?

System OK
