- Inspect the case interior for cracks or porosity.
- Inspect the case to valve body surfaces for damage.
- Inspect the vent assembly for damage.
- Inspect all fluid passages with compressed air.
- Inspect the transaxle case bores for the following conditions:
| • | Sharp edges. Use a fine emery cloth to remove any sharp edges. |
