Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 651863 Size: SH
  1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
  2. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner bolts.
  3. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 651863 Size: SH
  1. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the accessory drive belt tensioner bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft) starting with the lower bolt first.

  3. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
