Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2007 🢒 G6 🢒 Diagnostic Navigation 🢒 Vehicle Diagnostic Information 🢒 Temperature Valve Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
  2. Completely open the instrument panel (I/P) compartment door by pressing both tabs that support the stop bumpers. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1680186 Size: SH
  3. Remove the air temperature actuator screws.
  4. Remove the air temperature actuator.
  5. Disconnect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.

Installation Procedure
  1. Connect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.

    2. Object Number: 1680186 Size: SH
  2. Install the air temperature actuator.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the air temperature actuator screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

  4. Close the I/P compartment door. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
  5. Install the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
  6. Calibrate the actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .
