If circuit OK, replace FTC module.
  4. Probe the signal circuit with a test lamp connected to B+. The test lamp should illuminate.
  5. If the test lamp does not illuminate, test for an open or short to voltage.
If circuit tests OK, replace FTC Module.
  6. Test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. Repair as necessary.
  7. If no short to voltage is found, replace S2.
