Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the sunshade from the sunshade retainer.
  2. Remove the cover from the screws.

    3. Object Number: 1283402 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws.
  4. Remove the sunshade.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped. It may be necessary to lower the corner of the headliner to access the connector. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1283402 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Position the sunshade and install the screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  3. Install the cover to the sunshade screws.
  4. Install the sunshade to the sunshade retainer.
