Cargo Area Side Trim Panel Replacement Coupe

1. Raise the rear compartment lift window.
2. Remove the sunshade by unsnapping from installed position.
3. With a small flat-bladed tool unlock the retainers by rotating a quarter turn.



4. Begin removing the quarter inner rear trim finishing panels (1) by first lifting from front corner.
5. Completely remove the quarter inner rear trim panels (1) by lifting the front of the panels, gently unseating the remaining retainers.



6. Remove the speaker electrical connections (3) from speakers (4).
7. Disconnect the speaker grille if replacing panel.
8. Remove the rear speakers from panels.
9. Remove and save the retainers for reuse if replacing panel.

1. Install the 3 retainers to new panels if replaced.
2. Install the rear speakers to panels if panels were replaced.
3. Install the speaker grille if removed.



4. Connect the speaker electrical connections (3) to speakers (4).



5. Install the quarter inner rear trim finishing panel (1).

Important: Align the 3 retainers with the holes in the body and press down firmly to engage clips. Ensure that clips "click" into place.

6. With a small flat-bladed tool lock the retainers by rotating a quarter turn.
7. Install the sunshade by snapping into position.
8. Lower the rear compartment lift window.
