Connect a test lamp between the battery voltage terminal of the outside rearview mirror switch connector and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Repair an open or a poor connection in the battery voltage circuit of the outside rearview mirror switch. Refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Connect a test lamp between the battery voltage terminal of the outside rearview mirror switch connector and the ground terminal of the outside rearview mirror switch connector. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Test for and repair a poor connection at the outside rearview mirror switch connector. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.
