  1. Disconnect the headlight opening door actuator control module connectors C1 and C2.
  2. Turn the headlamps on.
  3. Connect a test lamp between the headlamp opening door actuator control module connector C1 terminals A and D. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Connect a test lamp between the headlamp opening door actuator control module connector C1 terminals C and D. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Connect a test lamp between the headlamp opening door actuator control module connector C1 terminal A and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Replace the headlamp opening door actuator control module. Refer to Headlamp Door Module Replacement .

Repair a poor connection or an open in the signal circuit of the park lamp switch. Refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Repair a poor connection or an open in the ground circuit of the headlamp opening door actuator control module . Refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.
