1. Apply the park brake.
2. Turn the ignition to the RUN position.

Do the DRLs remain off?

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Go to Step 3

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Apply the park brake.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

Is the park brake indicator light in the instrument cluster on?

Go to Brake Warning Indicator Inoperative in Hydraulic Brakes

Replace the DRL Module. Refer to Daytime Running Lights (DRL) Control Module Replacement .

Did you complete the replacement?

Operate the system to verify the repair.
