Inspect the lock system for the following conditions:

•	A collapsed shear flange on the sector shaft

•	A damaged lock bolt

•	A damaged lock cylinder

•	A damaged housing

•	A damaged sector

•	A damaged rack

•	A damaged or incorrectly cut key
