SOME 1982-83 "F" SERIES EQUIPPED WITH THE 2.5L L4 ENGINE AND EITHER THE MUNCIE 4-SPEED OR BORG-WARNER 5-SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION MAY EXHIBIT AN OBJECTIONABLE DRIVELINE DISTURBANCE DUE TO CLUTCH CHATTER. THIS CHATTER ORIENTED CONDITION CAN BE CORRECTED BY PERFORMING THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN CHEVY BULLETIN 83-T-69 AND REPLACING THE CLUTCH DRIVEN PLATE (DISC) ASSEMBLY WITH THE APPROPRIATE DRIVEN PLATE ASSEMBLY (LISTED BELOW) MADE WITH A NON-ASBESTOS FACING MATERIAL: TRANSMISSION 4-SPEED 5-SPEED DRIVEN PLATE ASSEMBLY 14091380 15590120* *CONTAINS ANTI-RATTLE FEATURE ALSO
