or indicate important product changes from the previous model year.
Changes may include one or more of the following items:

Component Comparison
| • | Revised the lifter guide |
| • | Revised the thermostat bypass pipe |
Torque Values and/or Fastener Tightening Strategies
| • | Torque value for the crankshaft balancer bolt has been changed
to 70 N·m (52 lb ft) + an additional 80 degrees. |
| • | Torque value for the oil filter has changed to 30 N·m
(22 lb ft). |

Engine mechanical specifications remain the same as the 2000 products.
