REVISED POWER STEERING GEAR UPPER THRUST BEARING SPACER

THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE POWER STEERING GEAR UPPER THRUST BEARING SPACER HAS BEEN REVISED FOR ALL MODEL YEARS AND SERIES STEERING GEARS. (800,808 AND 605). THE UPPER THRUST BEARING SPACER IS BEING MANUFACTURED WITH A SPLIT(FIG. 1). THE THRUST BEARING SPACER SHOULD NOT BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF THE SPLIT. ALL FUTURE SERVICE PARTS WILL BE OF THE SPLIT SPACER TYPE.
