Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement.

Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose.

Procedure

  1. Release the hose clip from the surge tank and detach the hose.
  2. Release the hose clip from the engine and detach the bleed hose.
  3. After installation, fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
  4. After repairs, inspect the cooling system for leaks.
