Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the instrument panel molding - passenger side. Refer to Instrument Panel Molding Replacement - Passenger Side.
2. Remove the instrument panel molding - driver side. Refer to Instrument Panel Molding Replacement - Driver Side.

Instrument Panel Lower and Upper Center Trim Panel Fastener (Qty: 6)

Procedure

1. Release both center trim panels from the instrument panel and separate the parts.
2. Use a flat-bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retaining clips securing the upper center trim panel to the instrument panel.
3. Disconnect the electrical connections.

Instrument Panel Lower Center Trim Panel Retainer (Qty: 2)

Procedure

Release the lower center trim panel from the upper center trim panel.

Tip
When replacing the lower center trim panel, transfer parts as necessary.
