  1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
  2. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.

Air Temperature Actuator Screw (Qty: 3)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)

Procedure

    • Disconnect the right air temperature electrical connector.
    • Recalibrate the actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration
