Important: Verify the suspension RPO. Compare this vehicle to an identical vehicle in order to determine if the customer's concern is a normal characteristic of the vehicle.

Verify the ride is too soft or too hard.

Does the vehicle ride normally?

System OK

Measure the tire pressure. If necessary, adjust the tire pressure to the specifications on the tire placard.

Did you adjust the tire pressure?

Inspect the vehicle trim height. Replace components if necessary. Refer to Trim Height Inspection .

Did you find and correct the condition?

Inspect the suspension components for wear or damage. Replace components if necessary. Refer to Suspension Strut and Shock Absorber Testing - On Vehicle .
